摘　　要：公安高校学报学术质量不但无法同专业期刊和综合期刊相比,与普通高校学报相比也有一定差距。这固然受到公安高等教育发展滞后的影响,也与公安学报的办刊方针、管理层级、评价标准、背景支撑的滞后和僵化是息息相关的。数字化时代给公安高校学报的发展提出了更大的挑战,逐步完成期刊共同体的融合是推动公安学报立足现实的实质,并依此建立学科共同体及知识共同体才是公安学报竞争力和影响力的必然逻辑。The quality of academic journals of police colleges can not be compared with professional journals and is even lower than the academic journals of common colleges. This phenomenon is affected by the slow development of public security higher education and is also closely related to the running policy,management level,evaluation criteria,supporting background,etc. The digital era brings great challenges to the development of academic journals of police colleges. Melting into periodical community step by step is the essence for the academic journals of police colleges to face reality. On the basis of this reality,it is the logic for the academic journals of police colleges to establish discipline community and k Ke y words ： community in order to improve the competitiveness and impact of the academic journals of police colleges.
