摘 要:为提高村镇房屋的抗震性能,对"4.20"宝兴县灵关镇震后房屋进行现场调查,围绕房屋破坏和倒塌情况,分析房屋结构中典型部位的震害现象,以及柱、墙、楼梯、附属建筑物等典型部位的震害机理。结果表明:框架结构的抗震性能总体表现良好,木结构次之,砖混结构和少量框架-砌体抗震性能较差。可以通过添加抗震构件,增强结构整体性等措施,提高各种结构的抗震性能。该研究为村镇房屋下一步的抗震设防工作提供了指导性建议。This paper is an effort to improve the seismic performance of houses in rural areas in response to severe damages to houses, as occurs in "4.20" Lushan earthquake disaster-striken areas.The improvement research is comprised of a field investigation into the post-earthquake houses in Baoxing county in Lingguan town, an analysis of the way in which destruction and collapse occurred,and a classification of seismic damages to typical parts of building structures in the earthquake, and exploration of the mechanism underlying the seismic damages occurring in typical parts like columns,walls, stairs, and ancillary structures. The results show that frame structures exhibits a best seismic performance, followed by wood structures, and then by brick structure and frame-masonry structure.Measures such as reinforcing seismic components and enhancing the structural integrity contribute to improving the seismic performance of structures involved in potential earthquakes. This research may provide a reference for seismic fortification of village and town houses.
