摘　　要：担保体系不健全会阻碍农村金融信贷业务的发展。介绍国内外农村信贷担保体系发展现状,根据担保体系在经济发展中的作用,分析体系中存在的主要问题,提出切实可行的解决措施,为满足农业企业和农户对信贷资金的需求提供参考。The inadequacy of guarantee system blocked the development of rural financial credit loan business. In the article, it introduced the development status of rural credit loan guarantee system at home and abroad, according to the function of guarantee system in the development of economics, analyzed main problem existing in the system, and raised feasible solutions, in order to provide a reference for meeting the requirement of agricultural enterprises and farmers to credit loan capital.
