摘 要:在大田条件下,采用Li-6400光合测定系统于花生结荚期测定北方地区4种花生品种的光合日变化,并通过相关分析探讨了各环境因子对净光合速率的影响。结果表明:4种花生品种叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化均呈双峰曲线,峰值分别出现在12:00和16:00,具有光合"午休"现象。其中LH12和HY22光合午休主要是气孔限制引起,而HY20和HY16光合午休的主要是非气孔限制引起。由此可见不同花生品种,其光合日变化"午休"限制因子不同;4种花生品种蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化呈单峰、双峰两种曲线类型。HY20和HY16蒸腾速率日变化呈双峰曲线,而LH12和HY22蒸腾速率日变化呈单峰曲线。相关分析表明,4种花生品种净光合速率、蒸腾速率与气孔导度(Cond)都呈极显著或显著正相关,与大气CO2浓度(Ca)都呈极显著或显著负相关。Tr、Cond和Ca是影响花生光合速率日变化的主要因子。Peanut plant growth and development,diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics of four peanut varieties during bearing pod stage in northern were monitored using portable LI-6400 Photosynthesis System. Investigated the effects between diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics and net photosynthetic rate. The results show that net photosynthetic rate of four peanut varieties had two peaks and midday depression at 12: 00 and 16: 00 O'clock. It was speculated that the midday depression of LH12 and HY22 was controlled by stomatal factor. But the midday depression of HY20 and HY16 was controlled by nostomatal factor. The curves of four peanut varieties in transpiration rate had two peaks and single peak. Transpiration rate of HY20 and HY16 had two peaks,when LH12 and HY22 had single peak. Correlation analysis showed: net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of four peanut varieties was significantly positively correlated with stomatal conductance and significantly negatively correlated with Ca. Tr,Cond and Ca was the major environmental factor influencing diurnal variation of the Pn of peanut.
