2012-2014年呼和浩特市VCT人群特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解呼和浩特市艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）现状,为下一步防控工作提供参考。方法对呼和浩特市2012-2014VCT现状进行描述性分析,并运用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果呼和浩特市2012-2014年艾滋病自愿咨询者年龄在20~54岁占96.06%,已婚者占60.19%,初中及以下文化程度者占56.32%。求询者类型中商业异性性行为史占38.31%,非商业非固定异性性行为占16.21%,无高危行为史占12.39%,男男性行为（MSM）史占5.22%,手术史占3.68%,职业暴露史占1.60%,献血（浆）史占1.45%,配偶/固定性伴阳性占1.38%,输血/血制品史占0.61%,注射毒品史占0.25%,母亲阳性占0.16%,其他和不详的占18.72%。阳性总体检出率为1.01%。VCT求询者中HIV抗体检测阳性率以MSM检出率最高,注射毒品史次之,无高危行为史最低。结论 VCT是及时发现HIV感染者和AIDS病人的重要途径,目前呼和浩特市男男性行为群体感染者HIV已经超过吸毒人员,成为本地区传播艾滋病的主要高危人群,应将MSM人群列为HIV防治工作的重点人群加以管理。非固定异性性行为人群阳性检出数逐渐增多,感染HIV的风险在逐渐加大,应加强HIV经性传播的干预和控制。objective to understand the present situation of Hohhot AIDS voluntary counseling testing（VCT）, and provide reference for the prevention and control work. Methods descriptive analysis about the present situation of Hohhot in 2012-2014 VCT, and using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis. Results in Hohhot 2012-2014 AIDS voluntary counselors aged 20~54（96.06%）, married people accounted for 60.19%, middle school and the following cultural socioeconomic status（56.32%）. For the inquiring types in the commercial history of heterosexual sex（38.31%）, non-commercial without a fixed heterosexual sex（16.21%）, no history of high-risk behavior accounted for 12.3 9%, history of behavior among MSM） male（5.22%）, surgery（3.68%）, the history of occupational exposure（1.60%）, history of donating blood（plasma） accounted for 1.45%, spouse/lifetime partners positive（1.38%）, history of blood transfusion/blood products accounted for 0.61%, history of injecting drug use（0.25%）, mother positive（0.16%）, and other unknown accounted for 18.72%. Positive overall detection rate of 1.01%. The inquiring of VCT for HIV antibody testing positive rate in among MSM the highest detection rate, injection drug history times, there is no history of high-risk behavior. Conclusions VCT is timely and important way to discover the HIV infected people and AIDS patients, the Hohhot behavior group infected with HIV has more than male drug addicts and become the region the main high risk groups, the spread of HIV/AIDS among MSM population should be classified as HIV prevention and treatment of key people to manage them. Without a fixed heterosexual sex crowd positive test results increase gradually, the risk of HIV infection in gradually increasing, should strengthen the intervention and control of HIV transmission through sex.
