摘　　要：目的探讨医科院校机构库建设。方法文献调研法和工作实践总结。结果与结论高校机构库建设要充分研究机构库建设的路径,考虑整体效益和长期效益的平衡性,统筹规划,分步实施,使机构库建设持续健康地发展。Objective To investigate the medical university institutional repository construction. Methods literature research method and work practice summary. Results and Conclusion The construction of university libraries institutions to fully research library path institution-building, to consider overall benefits and long-term benefits of balance, overall planning, step by step, so that the construction of institutional repositories sustained and healthy development.
