摘　　要：目的探讨下肢静脉滤网置入术后合并中孕引产的护理。方法对1例下肢静脉滤网置入术后合并中孕引产患者的护理过程进行了回顾性的分析与总结。结果通过对一例下肢静脉滤网置入术后合并中孕引产患者系统性的整体护理,病人未发生并发症,痊愈出院。结论合理有效的个性化整体护理是降低疾病并发症,促进愈后的关键所在。Objective To seek appropriate the nursing of the pregnant women in the combined process of the lower limb vein filter. Methods The nursing process of a patient with lower limb vein filter placement combined with midtrimester pregnancy induced abortion were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results After the placement of a case of lower limb vein filters, the overall nursing of patients with induced abortion was not occurred. Conclusion The reasonable and effective individualized nursing is the key to reduce the complication of the disease.
