摘 要:探讨星豹蛛体内重金属毒害与抗氧化酶活性的关系,本文测定了3种重金属(铬、铅、锌)对星豹蛛成蛛体内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响,分析了Cr6+、Pb2+、Zn2+胁迫星豹蛛不同时间段后其体内SOD、CAT活性变化趋势。结果表明:Cr6+、Pb2+、Zn2+均能影响星豹蛛体内的SOD与CAT活性,使SOD与CAT活性升高,且处理组与对照组酶活性差异显著(P<0.05),星豹蛛体内SOD与CAT活性对重金属表现出显著的时间和剂量效应(P<0.05)。研究结果说明星豹蛛对3种重金属作出了不同程度的应激反应,这是由于星豹蛛处于生理逆境时,其体内的自由基水平发生变化,SOD、CAT参与作用响应而改变活性。In order to study the relationship between heavy metal poisoning and activity of antioxidant enzymes and the trends of enzyme activities changes,Pardosa astrigera was treated under three heavy metals( Cr^6 +、Pb^2 +、Zn^2 +) to determine the CAT and SOD activity. The results show that activities of SOD and CAT were observably increased( P〈0. 05),and significant differences of enzyme activities were found in treatment group and control group( P〈0. 05). The enzyme activities in the Pardosa astrigera showed time and dose effect significantly. By means of research,Pardosa astrigera can make different degree of stress reaction to the three kinds of heavy metal. It is because that when Pardosa astrigera is in face of physiology adversity,the body free radicals level changeable,and then SOD and CAT participate in function response and change the activity.
