摘　　要：《票据法》自1996年实施至今已近20年,对我国商业票据的发展起到了重要的推动作用。但是其中部分条款的滞后性日益凸显,与票据实务及司法实践的发展不相匹配,法律界和金融界已经展开了对《票据法》修改的广泛讨论。本文从促进票据流通角度出发,从票据流通前提、票据种类、流通方式、流通媒介、流通安全的形式保障、票据权利救济等方面提出了相关修改意见。Since 1996, bill law has been implemented. It has played an important role in promoting the development of our country＇s business. However, some of these clauses are becoming more and more prominent. This article gives some advice on amendments from the perspective of promoting the circulation of negotiable instruments, the premise of the negotiable instruments, the type of negotiable instruments, the form of circulation, the form of circulation, the security of the negotiable securities, and the right remedy of the bill.
