啤酒厂废水处理工程实例分析

摘　　要：啤酒生产废水为无毒、有害、高浓度有机废水,可生化性好。江苏某啤酒厂通过调研比较,采用"UASB+CAST"工艺对啤酒废水进行处理。工程实际运行表明,该工艺具有占地面积少、运行稳定、运行和维护管理费用低等优点,处理后达到污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)一级排放标准,该工艺非常适合在啤酒废水处理中推广应用。The wastewater in beer production is non- toxic but harmful organic wastewater. It has a high removal of organic substances. Through the comparative research and screening,a beer factory in Jiangsu province adopts ＂UASB ＋ CAST＂in the treatment of wastewater. The treatment process has the advantages of little occupation area,stable operation,low cost of operation and maintenance management,good treatment effect and so on. The effluent qualities could completely meet the demand of the first limits standard in table 2 of ＂Integrated wastewater discharge standard＂（ GB8978- 1996）,and it is very suitable for promotion in beer wastewater treatment applications.
