BaO对高膨胀光学玻璃结构和性能的影响研究

摘　　要：通过改变BaO以及SiO2含量研究BaO含量对于Na_2O-CaO-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2系统高膨胀光学玻璃结构变化以及性能的影响。实验采用红外光谱和激光拉曼光谱测试对玻璃结构进行表征,并重点研究了随着BaO含量的改变,热膨胀系数、可见光透过率、折光率等性能的变化,进而得到对应光学玻璃系统结构性能变化规律。在所研究的玻璃组成范围内,实验结果表明:热膨胀系数随着BaO组分含量的增加先增加后减小,并在一定范围内达到极大值;可见光透过率并没有随着BaO的引入呈现出明显的规律性变化;玻璃的折射率随着BaO组分含量的增加而不断增加。The effects of BaO on the structure and thermal properties,mechanical properties,optical properties and electrical properties of Na2O-CaO-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2 optical glass system were studied by changing the contents of BaO and SiO2.The structure of glass was researched by IR spectrum and Raman spectrum.The change rules of structure properties of optical glass system were gotten by analyzing the change rules of BaO content,thermal expansion coefficient,and transmittance of visible light.The experimental results show that thermal expansion coefficient increases first,then decreases with the increasing content of BaO,and reaches a maximum within a certain range.Transmittance of glass increases with the increasing of BaO content.
