摘　　要：大学生满意度调查是办好人民满意教育的重要抓手。从教育、管理、经济等学科视角看,大学生满意度调查具有正面的积极意义。我国高校的大学生满意度调查起步晚,在系统性、持续性和权威性等方面尚存在不足,应建立我国大学生满意度调查的三级体系,即总体满意度、子项目满意度和原因调查,同时构建动态调整和反馈改进机制。The survey of college student satisfaction is an important means to develop the education to meet the people＇s satisfaction. From the perspective of education,management,economics and other disciplines,college student satisfaction survey has a positive significance. The survey of college student satisfaction started lately in China,so there are some problems existing in systematic,continuity and authoritativeness. Three levels of students＇ satisfaction survey system should be established,i. e.,overall satisfaction,sub- item satisfaction and reasons survey,with the construction of adjustment and improvement system at the same time.
