慢性肾炎实施益肾化湿颗粒治疗有效性分析

摘　　要：目的分析益肾化湿颗粒对不同分级及不同证型慢性肾炎患者的治疗效果。方法本次研究收集2011年5月至2014年5月在我院门诊治疗的慢性肾炎患者共61例。结果本次治疗达到临床控制标准者4例,3例为轻度患者,1例为中度患者;显效29例,11例轻度患者,16例中度患者,2例重度患者;有效24例,3例轻度患者,17例中度患者,4例重度患者;无效4例,均为重度患者。结论益肾化湿颗粒在基础西药治疗之上,对轻中度慢性肾炎患者改善情况较好。Objective To analyze therapeutic effect of kidney wet particles in the treatment of chronic nephritis patients with different classification and different syndrome. Methods This study collected a total of 61 patients with chronic nephritis treated in outpatient department in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014.Results There were 4 cases reaching the clinical control standard in the treatment,3 cases of which were mild patients and 1 case of which was moderate patient. There were 29 cases reached marked effect,11 cases of which were patients in mild,16 cases of which were patients in moderate,and 2 cases of which were severe patients.Effective in 24 cases,3 cases of mild patients,17 cases of moderate patients,4 cases of severe patients. 4 cases were ineffective,all of them were severe patients. Conclusions Beneficial kidney wet particles have good effect on improving mild- to- moderate chronic nephritis conditions of patients on the foundation of western medicine treatment.
