摘 要:为提高铣刨轮的工作性能和使用寿命,深入研究切削过程中刀具安装角对刀具所受切削阻力的影响,采用数学解析法,建立刀具在铣刨过程中任意时刻切削厚度的精确数学模型,并在此基础上计算切削阻力,分析单个铣刨轮刀具切削过程中切削阻力变化的趋势,得到刀具安装角对切削阻力的影响方式。结合大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS显示动力学Ls-Dyna模块进行仿真,并对仿真得到的接触阻力进行计算与分析。通过理论计算与仿真验证得到:单个切削循环过程中,随刀具转角的增大,切削阻力呈现先增大后减小的趋势;在相同转角位置,随着刀具安装角的增大,切削阻力呈现单调增大的趋势。In order to increase milling wheel's function and working life an investigation in depth has been carried out to see how the cutters angle fixed affect the cutting resistance.Math analytic methods were adopted by building up precise math models to see the cutting depth at any moment during a cutting operation with which to calculate the cutting resistance while analyzing change tendency of single cutters during an operation before getting how the cutter's fixed angle affects the cutting resistance.A simulation was done in combination with big common software ANSYS to display a dynamic module Ls-Dyna while computing and analyzing contact resistance so gotten.Thru theoretic computation and simulate verification there are available:A tendency during a cutting cycle that the cutting resistance will increase and then decrease along with increase of the cutter's angle of rotation.And another tendency is that the cutting resistance will increase in a single way along with increase of the cutter's fixed angle,given same angle of rotation.
