不同浓度红茂草总生物碱盐酸盐制剂治疗羊口疮试验研究

摘　　要：将25只健康羊只随机分为5组,每组5只。用羊口疮强毒感染试验羊只建立羊口疮病理模型,用不同浓度的红茂草总生物碱盐酸盐制剂进行对比治疗试验,以确定最适药物浓度。试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别用浓度5 mg/m L、10 mg/m L、20 mg/m L、40 mg/m L的红茂草总生物碱盐酸盐制剂进行治疗,Ⅴ组为对照组。结果表明,除了Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组之间羊只溃疡面愈合率差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其余各组两两之间均存在极显著性差异(P<0.01)。红茂草总生物碱盐酸盐制剂剂量与溃疡面愈合率之间的回归方程为:y=1.709 3 x+3.547 7,R^2=0.977 2,其半数效应浓度EC_(50)=7.073 7 mg/m L。Experiment was conducted on the treatment of sheep infected with Orf virus for determining the optimum therapeutic concentration of Dicranostigma leptopodum（Maxim） Fedde total alkaloid hydrochloride against Orf. Firstly, 25 pathological models of Orf were established through infecting the sheep with Orf virus and randomly divided into five groups（Ⅰ-Ⅴ）. Sheep of group I-Ⅳ were respectively treated with different concentrations of total alkaloid hydrochloride of Dicranostigma leptopodum（Maxim） Fedde, and group Ⅴ served as control group. The results showed that significant differences were found among the groups（P〈0.01） except that there was no difference between group Ⅲ and groupⅣ（P〉0.05）. The regression equation between the dosage of total alkaloid hydrochloride of Dicranostigma leptopodum（Maxim）Fedde and the healing rate of Orf was： y=1.709 3x＋3.547 7,R^2=0.977 2, and the EC50 was 7.073 7 mg/m L.
