摘 要:高速铁路凭借其运量大、速度快、安全便捷的特点在国民经济和社会发展中越来越重要。近年来围绕高铁走线、设站而发生的高铁争夺战在多个地区不时上演。本文从高铁建设引起的乘数效应、同城化效应、区域经济一体化效应、区位比较优势与区际间产业梯度转移等经济学视角探讨高铁争夺战的背后原因,并从制度建设、信息公开、科学分析层面对高铁的走线、设站提了三点建议。With the features of large volume, high-speed, safety and convenience, high-speed rail is increasingly important for economic and social development. In recent years, high-speed rail project competition problems have occurred in some provinces. In this paper, based on investment multiplier effect, urban integration, economic integration, regional comparative advantage and industrial transfer in different economic regions, we analyze the reasons of high-speed rail contention. And we offer three suggestions for railway tracks and stations from the perspectives of institution-building, information openness and scientific analyses.
