一种固氮菌-唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌的表型特征

摘　　要：目的对与唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌和椰毒伯克霍尔德氏菌有关的4株重要的菌株进行表型性状描述,以证明它们是同一个菌种。方法着重用传统的底物利用试验和GC及专用软件(Sherlock系统6.1)分析菌细胞的脂肪酸,做全面的表型描述。结果 4株菌的30项生化反应完全一致,170项底物利用试验95%一致,12种脂肪酸及脂肪酸组合基本一致;4株菌都是固氮菌。结论 4个株菌为同一个菌种,都可称为唐菖蒲伯克霍尔德氏菌。Objective To describe the phenotypic characteristics of four strains of Burkholderia gladioli and Burkholderia cocovenenans,and to verify they are of one species. Methods The fatty acids in the bacterial cells were analyzed and the phenotypic characteristics were described by using traditional substrate utilization test and using GC and sherlock system 6. 1. Results Thirty items of biochemical reactions of the 4 strains were identical,170 items of substrate utilization tests were of 95% consistence,and the combination of 12 kinds of fatty acids and fatty acids was basically same. Four strains of bacteria were all nitrogen fixing bacteria. Conclusion The four strains of bacteria are of one species,and all can be called the Burkholderia gladioli.
