摘　　要：目的探讨游离小腿外侧腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复手背软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法 2013年7月~2015年7月,我院采用游离小腿外侧腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复手背软组织缺损病例10例,回顾性分析其临床资料,并对其临床效果进行评价。结果本组10例皮瓣全部成活,术后随访3个月~2年,皮瓣外形均满意,皮肤质地柔软,弹性好,且具有部分感觉及排汗功能。小腿创面一期愈合,对功能无不良影响。结论游离小腿外侧腓动脉穿支皮瓣修复手背软组织缺损,具有手术创伤较小、时间短、成功率高等优点,是一种安全有效的手术方法。Objective To explore the clinical effects of the treatment of soft tissue defects in the back of the hand by free lateral leg peroneal artery perforator flap. Methods From July 2013 to July 2015,10 patients with soft tissue defection were treated by free lateral leg peroneal artery perforator flap. The clinical data was analysed retrospectively,and the clinical effect was summarized and analyzed. Results The flaps of the 10 cases were all survived,and followed up for 3 months to 2 years. The flaps were all satisfied with the shape,the skin was soft,good elasticity and had partial feeling and wicking capabilities. The lateral leg area was healed quickly,and the function of the leg wasn＇t affected. Conclusion Free lateral leg peroneal artery perforator flap has advantages of less trauma,shorter operative time and higher success rate in repairing soft tissue defection. It is a safe and effective operative method.
