摘  要:间冷回热涡扇发动机为实现间冷和回热过程,其高压压气机布局与常规高压压气机布局有着较大差异。对间冷回热涡扇发动机高压压气机布局特点进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了1级轴流+1级离心的高压压气机布局方案。其数值模拟结果表明,该高压压气机设计点气动性能达到了指标要求,流场分布较为合理。同时,综合考虑气动、结构、工艺等因素,选择整体叶盘、整体大小叶片离心转子结构作为其初步结构方案。In order to introduce the intercooling and recuperative processes, the layout of high pressurecompressor has great differences from normal compressor. The characteristics of high pressure compressorlayout for the intercooling and recuperative aero-engine(IRA) were discussed, and an axial-centrifugalcombined high pressure compressor was proposed. Numerical simulation of the high pressure compressorshows that the performance of design point has reached the target, and the flow filed distribution is reason-able. The preliminary structure of centrifugal blisk with splitter is conformed taking into consideration ofthe aerodynamic, structural and manufacturing process.
