摘　　要：十八大以来,党的文化建设理论的发展主要体现在,一是对文化建设重要性认识的深化,将提高国家文化软实力上升到实现中华民族伟大复兴的高度,强调我国优秀文化传统是全面深化改革的根基,强调文化建设关系主流意识形态的巩固。二是对文化建设内容的丰富,倡导积极践行社会主义核心价值观,构建中国人独特精神世界;丰富和发展廉政文化,建设法治中国。三是对文化建设措施的完善,进一步提出要深化文化体制改革,大力发展文化事业和文化产业;展示中华文化独特魅力,提高国际话语权。For eighteen years ,the development of the Party＇s culture construction theory is mainly reflected in：firstly, it is the deepening understanding of the importance of cultural construction which will improve national cultural soft to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation height and emphasize the traditional outstanding culture of our country to deepen reform foundation of leather, emphasize the consolidation of the cultural construction of the main- stream ideology;secondly,it is the cultural construction of the rich content,actively advocate practice the socialist core values, building a unique spiritual world Chinese ;enriching and developing the incorrupt cultural construction of the rule of law to China ;Thirdly, it is to improve the cultural construction measures, put forward to further deepen the reform of the cultural system ,vigorously develop cultural undertakings and cultural industries ;demonstrate the unique charm of Chinese culture and to enhance the international discourse right.
