摘　　要：理解和把握"十三五"规划建议的精神和要义,必须深刻认识"创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享"五大理念。这五大理念是"十三五"规划建议和"十三五"发展的思想灵魂。To understand and grasp the spirit and essence of the period of the ＂the Thirteenth Five Year Plan＂, we must have a profound understanding of five great ideas such as ＂innovation, coordination, green, open, sha- ring＂.
