摘　　要：采用访谈和抽样调查的方法,对西安327名新生代农民工进行调查。从西安新生代农民工的社会特征出发,实证分析其社会融合中,经济融合层面、社会融合层面和心理、文化融合层面的信息需求内容,提出信息服务机构为新生代农民工信息获取的服务策略,通过建设包容、公平的信息环境,加强职业技能培训,完善信息推送机制等方式推进新生代农民工社会融入的进程。The author surveys 327 new generation of migrant workers in Xi＇an by interview and sampling investigation. Starting from the social characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers,the author empirically analyzes the information demand of their economic integration level,social integration level and mental,cultural integration,and puts forward some strategies for information institutions providing information services for the new generation migrant workers,such as strengthening the vocational training and improving the information-push mechanism through establishing a tolerance and fair information environment to promote the social integration progress of the new generation migrant workers.
