摘  要:某电厂1号锅炉运行期间40天内过热器连续发生五次爆漏事故。对爆破管段取样进行宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、力学性能检测及显微组织分析等综合分析。结果表明,该锅炉过热器连续爆漏主要是由于过热器管超温过热引起的,即过热器局部管段存在异物堵塞情况,造成部分管段过热老化或瞬时超温超压引发的爆漏。通过针对性割管及内窥镜检查,发现过热器一级、二级减温器集箱内存在黑色块状异物及高温过热器内壁存在大量氧化皮,对上述缺陷进行了彻底消缺处理并提出了具有针对性的预防措施。During the period of running in a power paint,witnessed burst and leakage on the first boiler continuously occurring five times in 40 days. The comprehensive anaiysises including macroscopic observation and chemical component analysis and mechanical property testing and microstructure analysis have been made on tubes sampling. The main cause for frequently bursting was due to over temperature and heating.In other words,the blockage existing in a part of superheater tubes caused bursting because of aging or instantaneous over-temperature and overpressure. Through targeted cutting and endoscopic examination, black round foreign matters in the first and second class superheater attemperator and a large scale cinder in superheater tubes have been found.The defects above-mentioned have been eliminated completely and the corre- sponding suggestion and measures have been proposed.
