摘　　要：目的 :分析上海市卫生监督机构卫生监督员数量及结构发展变化情况,为推进卫生监督队伍建设提供依据。方法 :通过普查及历史数据收集获取2004—2013年卫生监督队伍基本情况,利用Excel 2007进行统计分析。结果 :全市卫生监督员共1 145人,近十年每万常住人口平均拥有卫生监督员数量有所下降;全市卫生监督员35岁以下人员占42.18%,本科及以上学历占88.03%,近十年队伍年龄结构年轻化,学历水平得到了较大幅度的提升。结论 :全市每万常住人口拥有的卫生监督员数量高于全国平均水平,但卫生监督员工作压力较大;监督员队伍整体素质较高,但结构有待进一步优化。Objective ：To analyze the quantity and structure of health inspectors in health inspecting agencies in Shanghai and provide suggestions for personnel construction. Methods ：Census and historical data collection were carried out to understand the general status of health inspectors from 2004 to 2013. Excel 2007 was used to make statistical analysis. Results ：There were 1 145 health inspectors in Shanghai,and the number of health inspectors per 10 000 permanent residents decreased in the last decade. Besides,42.18% health inspectors were under 35 years old,and 88.03% were undergraduates or graduates. So the personnel were younger and the education level was higher in the past ten years. Conclusion ：The number of health inspectors per 10 000 permanent residents in Shanghai is higher than that in the whole country;the inspectors undertake heavy workloads. The overall personnel quality is satisfying,but the personnel structure needs further improving.
