摘　　要：以英国牛津郡的整合型老年人服务的探索为典型案例,从以需方为中心的微观视角出发,对其整合型老年人服务进行了研究。英国牛津整合型老年人服务在其整合型管理和治理、需求和结果目标、服务利用者路径、基础设施建设、人力资源和工作场所管理等方面的做法值得我国针对老年人的相关服务进行借鉴。By the qualitative research methods such as literature review,on-site observation and in-depth interview,the study researched the experience on integrated care services for the elderly from Oxfordshire,the United Kingdom. The experience such as integrated management and governance,common needs and outcomes,service user pathways,workforce and workplace management is worth learning for Chinese elderly care services＇ reform.
