摘 要:采用失重法、动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等方法研究了几种模拟胞外聚合物在1mol·L^(-1) HCl中对A3钢的缓蚀作用,并用扫描电镜(SEM)观察腐蚀形貌。结果表明:模拟胞外聚合物中牛血清白蛋白对A3钢腐蚀抑制效果明显;羧甲基纤维素钠对A3钢有一定的缓蚀效果,但缓蚀率较低;黄腐酸、腐殖酸钠和海藻酸钠对A3钢基本无缓蚀效果,甚至在一定程度上促进了腐蚀。The inhibition effects of several simulated extracellular polymeric substances for A3 steel in 1mol·L^(-1) HCl were studied with weight loss method,potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques,and the corrosion morphology was observed by SEM.It was found that bovine serum albumin had high inhibition efficiency against A3 steel corrosion and the inhibition of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose was lower.However,fulvic acid,humic acid sodium and sodium alginate almost had no effect on inhibition of A3 steel and sometimes accelerated the corrosion of A3 steel.
