肾气丸治疗糖尿病及其并发症疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肾气丸治疗糖尿病及其并发症的临床疗效。方法登录中国知网（CNKI）、维普网（VIP）、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）,对有关肾气丸治疗糖尿病及其并发症的文献进行检索,将得到的文献进行筛选、排除后,使用review manager5.3版软件对筛选后得到的同质研究文献进行meta分析。结果本次研究检索得文献共312篇,经过排除后,有12篇最终纳入研究。这12篇文献Jadad评分均为2分,属于低质量文献。meta分析结果显示,肾气丸治疗糖尿病结果为显效的合并OR为2.50,95%置信区间（CI）1.94~3.23,合并影响Z=7.01（P〈0.01）;结果为有效的合并OR为4.75,95%置信区间（CI）3.43~6.56,合并影响Z=9.44（P〈0.01）。结论以肾气丸为主方治疗糖尿病及其并发症时,较常规西药更有效。Objective To systematically assess the clinical research of Shen Qi pill（ SQP） treatment on diabetes and its complications. Methods Logging in National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）,VIP,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and China Biology Medicine disc（ CBM） and searching the literatures that are relative to SQP treatment on diabetes and its complications and screening and eliminating,the literatures were received. Review manager5. 2 software version was used for the homogeneous research references to process Meta analysis. Results Meta analysis showed that the combined OR of significant result of SQP treatment on diabetes is 2. 50,95% CI（ 1. 94 ~3. 23）,with the combined effect Z = 7. 01（ P 0. 000 01）. The effective combined OR is 4. 75,95% CI（ 3. 43 ~ 6. 56）,with the combined effect Z = 9. 44（ P 0. 000 01）. Conclusions Rather than the routine western medicine therapy,using the SQP as the main prescription is easier to get more significant and effective results.
