摘 要:文章研究了数字电能计量系统中IEC 61850-9-1/2采样值传输协议的量化误差对计量的影响,推导出量化造成的电能误差的相对不确定度的数学解析式。仿真了不同电压电流变比下量化误差带来的计量误差,并计算出相对不确定度,与理论推导的结果相一致。分析表明在一次侧小电流情况下,9-2量化造成的误差相对较大。文章较透彻的研究了采样值传输协议的量化误差,对数字电能表的检定提出了相关建议,对工程应用以及理论研究具有一定参考价值。The quantization error of IEC61850-9-1/2 protocol in digital energy metering system was analyzed in this paper, and the mathematics expression of relative uncertainty of power caused by quantization was deduced. The pow- er error under different voltage and current ratio was simulated, and the relative uncertainty was calculated, which are consistent with the theoretical results. The research has proved that compared to 9-1, power error caused by the quanti- zation of 9-2 is more bigger . Based on the studies of quantization error of IEC61850-9-1/2 protocol, the related sug- gestions for the calibration of digital electric energy meter is put forward, which has some reference value to engineer- ing application and theoretical research.
