摘  要:针对国家电网公司对国网智能电表自动化检验的需求,介绍了一种全新的三相电能表检验装置。装置采用模块化设计,单元板由ARM系统控制,步进电机压接,每表位具有自动导向和电动压接功能以及表托温度检测、电流开路自动短接、费控跳闸试验等多种全新功能。该装置对电能表生产厂家和各省计量中心有很好的应用价值。In view of the automated detection needs of SGCC for state grid smart meter, and a new three-phase electric energy meter detecting device is introduced in this paper. The device adopts modular design, and the unit board is controlled by ARM system and welded with pressure by stepper motor, and every meter bit has various new functions, such as automatic guide, electric pressure welding function, as well as meter holder temperature detection, current open circuit automatic short circuit, fees charged tric energy meter manufacturers and measurement trip test, etc. Thus, the device has good application value for elec- centers of various provinces.
