乐脉丸治疗冠心病心绞痛64例

摘　　要：目的:观察乐脉丸治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年3月—2013年12月在本院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者128例,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组给予小剂量阿司匹林、单硝酸异山梨酯、Ca^(2+)通道阻滞剂以及β-受体阻断剂等常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用乐脉丸治疗。结果:观察组平均症状缓解时间为(24.12±4.78)h,对照组平均症状缓解时间为(32.19±5.24)h,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为95.31%,对照组有效率为85.94%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.69%,对照组不良反应发生率为18.75%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心血管疾病发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乐脉丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显著,能降低不良反应以及心血管疾病发生率,明显改善患者预后。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Lemai Pill on angina of coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods： 128 patients with angina of CHD admitted into this hospital between March,2011 and December,2013 were divided into observation group and control group according the random number table,with 64 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment of light dosage of Aspirin,Isosorbide Mononitrate,calcium channel blocker and β-receptor blocker,while observation group were additionally given Lemai Pill. Results： The average relieving time of the symptoms was（ 24. 12 ± 4. 78） h in observation group and（ 32. 19 ± 5. 24） h in control group; observation group were better than control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 4. 69% in observation group,better than 18. 75% in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The occurrence rate of cardiovascular disease in observation group was lower than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Lemai Pill has remarkable therapeutic effects on angina of CHD,which can reduce the occurrence rate of adverse reaction and cardiovascular disease and significantly improve the patients’ prognosis.
