康复技术配合补阳化痰通络汤治疗脑卒中肢体运动功能障碍43例

摘　　要：目的:观察运用现代康复技术配合补阳化痰通络汤治疗脑卒中肢体运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:将85例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组42例采用常规神经生理学康复技术治疗,治疗组43例在对照组治疗的基础上加用补阳化痰通络汤,治疗21 d后观察肢体运动功能评分及肌力、肌张力评分的变化。结果:治疗组在改善肢体运动功能评分及肌力、肌张力评分方面的临床疗效均优于对照组。结论:现代康复技术配合补阳化痰通络汤治疗脑卒中能较好地改善患者的肢体运动功能。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of modern rehabilitation technique in combination with Buyang Huatan Tongluo Decoction（ BYHTTLD） on stroke body motor function disorder. Methods： Eighty-five patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 42 and 43 cases in each group respectively. The ones in the control group were given routine neurophysiology rehabilitation technology treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added BYHTTLD based on the treatment of the control group. After 21 days’ treatment,the changes of body motor function score,muscular strength score,and muscular tension score were observed. Results： In terms of improving body motor function score,muscular strength score,and muscular tension score,the clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion：Modern rehabilitation technique in combination with BYHTTLD can greatly improve body motor function of the patients with stroke.
