天黄消痈散联合手法排乳治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎56例

摘　　要：目的:观察天黄消痈散联合手法排乳治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将112例哺乳期急性乳腺炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各56例。对照组给予手法排乳治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上结合天黄消痈散治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为96.43%,对照组有效率为78.57%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后24 h内通乳率为96.43%,对照组为44.64%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后24 h内乳房消除率为92.86%,明显高于对照组的51.79%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:天黄消痈散联合手法排乳治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Self-made Tianhuang Xiaoyong Powder（ STHXYP） in combination with hand-control milk ejection on acute mastitis in breast feeding period. Methods： One hundred and twelve patients with acute mastitis in breast feeding period were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 56 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with hand-control milk ejection,while the ones in the treatment group were added STHXYP. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 96. 43%,while that of the control group was 78. 57%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Within 24 hours after the treatment,the rate of stimulation of lactation of the treatment group was 96. 43%,while that of the control group was 44. 64%; And there was significant difference between them（ P 〈 0. 05）. Within 24 hours after the treatment,the elimination ratio of breast swelling of the treatment group（ 92. 86%） was much higher than that（ 51. 79%） of the control group,and there was significant difference between them（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： STHXYP in combination with hand-control milk ejection has remarkable clinical curative effect on acute mastitis in breast feeding period.
