中西医结合治疗产后子宫复旧不全67例

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗产后子宫复旧不全的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年2月—2014年3月确诊的134例产后子宫复旧不全患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各67例。对照组施用缩宫素静脉滴注进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用养血化瘀方进行治疗。观察两组患者有效率、用药时长、症状消失时间和子宫复旧情况。结果:观察组有效率为98.1%,对照组有效率为91.0%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床症状消失时间及用药时间观察组显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫复旧评分观察组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗产后子宫复旧不全疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on postpartum subinvolution of uterus. Methods： One hundred and thirty-four patients with postpartum subinvolution of uterus who were treated in our hospital between Feb. of 2012 and Mar. of 2014 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 67 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with oxytocin for intravenous drip,while the ones in the observation group were added Prescription for Nourishing Blood and Removing Blood Stasis based on the treatment of the control group. Then the effective rate,the length of taking medicine,the time for symptom disappearance and recovery of the womb of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 98. 1%,while that of the control group was91. 0; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The clinical symptom disappearance time and the length of taking medicine of the observation group were both much shorter than those of the control group; And the differences between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The recovery of the womb of the observation group was much better than that of the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has the precise clinical curative effect on postpartum subinvolution of uterus.
