中医综合治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经40例

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊口服治疗,治疗组给予自拟中药内服配合穴位贴敷、红外线照射治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为82.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后症状积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中医综合治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM comprehensive therapy on primary dysmenorrheal of cold blood stasis type. Methods： Eighty patients with primary dysmenorrheal were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given ibuprofen sustained release capsule for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were given self-made TCM for oral administration in combination with acupoint application plus infrared radiation. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 92. 5%,while that of the control group was 82. 5%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the symptom score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and its reoccurrence rate was lower than that of the control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： TCM comprehensive therapy has the remarkable clinical curative effect on primary dysmenorrheal of cold blood stasis type.
