整脊手法联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例  

Sixty Cases with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion Treated with Chiropractic Manipulation Combined with Chinese Medcine Fumigation

摘　　要：目的:观察整脊手法联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:选择2013年7月—2015年2月就诊于本院的腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予整脊手法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药熏蒸腰部治疗。结果:对照组优良率为83.3%,治疗组优良率为95.0%,两组优良率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后JOA与VAS评分明显优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组腰椎前屈力度明显高于治疗前,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整脊手法加中药熏蒸腰部治疗腰椎间盘突出症能促进腰椎功能的恢复,缓解疼痛,有利于腰椎前屈力度的改善,从而提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe the clincial effects of chiropractic manipulation combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion（ LIDP）. Methods： 120 patients with LIDP admitted into this hospital between July,2013 and February,2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 60 cases in each group. Control group were given chiropractic manipulation while treatment group were added with Chinese medicine fumigation applied on the lumbar region.Results： The good and effective rate was 83. 3% in control group and 95. 0% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The scores of JOA and VAS in both groups after the treatment were obviously better than these before the treatment,and the scores in treatment group were better than these in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The anteflexion strength of the lumbar vertebra in both groups was apparently greater that before the treatment,and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： In treating LIDP,chiropractic manipulation combined with Chinese medicine fumigation can promote the function recovery of the lumbar vertebra,relieve pain and improve the anteflexion strength of the lumbar vertebra,thus enhancing the clinical efficacy.
