四关穴温针灸配合穴位敷贴治疗周围性面瘫27例

摘　　要：目的:观察四关穴温针灸配合穴位敷贴治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将54例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各27例。治疗组采用针灸、四关穴温针灸配合穴位敷贴治疗;对照组采用单纯针灸(电针)治疗,观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后H-B面神经功能分级。结果:对照组有效率为92.6%,治疗组有效率为100.0%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后H-B面神经功能分级均优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四关穴温针灸配合穴位敷贴治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效显著,可显著提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of warm acupuncture on Siguan acupoint combined with acupoint plastering therapy on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods： 54 cases with peripheral facial paralysis were randomized into treatment group and control group,27 cases in each group. Treatment group were conducted acupuncture,warm acupuncture on Siguan acupoint combined with acupoint plastering therapy. Control group were simply given acupuncture（ electro-acupuncture） treatment. Results：The effective rate was 92. 6% in control group and 100. 0% in treatment group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. The grading of the H-B facial nerve function of both groups was better than before treatment,and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Warm acupuncture on Siguan acupoint combined with acupoint plastering therapy has significant therapeutic effects on peripheral facial paralysis,which can remarkably improve the living quality of the patients.
