摘　　要：中医药抗肿瘤的基础研究已经从原来的细胞水平发展到了分子水平及基因水平。目前中医药治疗肿瘤已经取得了相当大的成就,在胃癌的预防与治疗方面展现了其独特的优势,如何利用现代分子生物学技术更好地阐明中医药抗肿瘤的内在本质,是中医肿瘤学术发展的关键。胃癌的形成与内外因关系密切,正气不足贯穿于胃癌发病的始终。因此,胃癌的治疗十分强调补气药的应用,以益气健脾养胃、祛瘀解毒通降为根本治疗大法,具有补气化瘀功效的大黄人参方在胃癌的治疗中值得深入研究。The fundamental anti-tumor research in traditional Chinese medicine has developed from the original cell level to present molecule level and gene level. At present,the TCM treatment for tumor has made great achievement. Especially in the aspects of the prevention and treatment of stomach cancer,TCM has its unique advantages. How to better expound the intrinsic nature of TCM in anti-tumor action by applying modern molecular biological technology is the key in the academic development of TCM anti-tumor studies. The formation of stomach cancer is closely related with internal and external factors and insufficient healthy qi is all along with the progress of stomach cancer. Therefore,the treatment of stomach cancer values the application of qi tonics,and takes benefiting qi,strengthening spleen and stomach,resolving blood stasis,eliminating toxicity and purging as the principal therapy. Dahuang Renshen Decoction,with effects of tonifying qi and resolving bold stasis,is worth further study in the treatment of stomach cancer.
