摘 要:以发泡力、泡沫稳定性、轧余率和K/S值作为指标,分析搅拌时间、搅拌速度、十二烷基硫酸钠、海藻酸钠、尿素、碳酸钠、活性染料、比表面积对泡沫性能和染色性能的影响,找出最佳发泡条件和染色条件。结果表明,在十二烷基硫酸钠质量浓度为3 g/L、海藻酸钠质量浓度为4.8 g/L、染料质量浓度为20 g/L、碳酸钠质量浓度为20 g/L、尿素质量浓度为30 g/L的体系下进行机械发泡并染色,发泡条件为搅拌时间3 min、搅拌速度2 500 r/min、室温,染色采用双面给泡一浸一压,固色采用90℃保湿堆置固色,发泡比可以达到12.8∶1,泡沫稳定性良好,轧余率最低可以达到40%以下,染色效果较好。In order to optimize foaming and dyeing parameters, the effects of mixing time, mixing speed, the concentration of sodium alginate, urea, sodium carbonate and reactive dyes as well as specific surface area on the foam and dyeing properties were investigated by measuring foamability, foam stability, pick-up and K/S value. The dyeing liquid containing sodium dodecyl sulfate(3 g/L), sodium alginate(4.8 g/L), dyes(20 g/L), sodium carbonate(20 g/L) and urea(30 g/L) was mixed for 3 min at the speed of 2 500 r/min and then it was used to dyeing by double-side foam supply and dipping and padding for one times at room temperature, following with moisturizing dwelling to fixation at 90 ℃. The dyeing result was satisfactory under these conditions in which the foam ratio was 12.8:1 with high foam stability and pick-up was lower than 40%.
