摘  要:研究了防蚊微胶囊对蚊帐织物防蚊整理的工艺,采用高效液相色谱测定防蚊蚊帐中杀虫剂的有效含量,以有效含量及耐洗率为指标确定防蚊整理蚊帐的最佳工艺:防蚊微胶囊60 g/L,聚胺树脂XH-PU319 30 g/L,交联剂L245 2 g/L,100℃焙烘1 min。整理织物经20次洗涤后,织物的杀虫剂有效含量仍在80%以上,150℃缓释性测定表明具有优良的缓释性能,说明经微胶囊整理后的织物具有良好的防蚊性能。The finishing process of anti-mosquito microcapsule for anti-mosquito nets was studied. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was used to detect the effective content of pesticide. The optimized finishing process of mosquito nets was evaluated by effective content and wash fastness: the microcapsules 60 g/L, polyamine resin XH- PU319 30 g/L, cross-linking agent L245 2 g/L and baking at 100 ℃ for 1 min. The effective content of pesticide was still over 80% after 20 times of washing. Control-releasing measurement at 150 ℃ proved that the treated fabric presented excellent controlrelease performance. The results indicated that the treated fabric with microcapsules showed good anti-mosquito performance.
