摘　　要：阐述了涤棉混纺与锦纶包氨纶工艺的开发,前处理主要采取退煮漂联合机,染色采取平幅打底焙烘水洗机,染色时由于3种纤维共同存在,每一种纤维采取的染料不同,染色方式有多个组合,不同组合下指标不同,对连续染色组合工艺做了试验,优选适合我公司设备的工艺流程及参数。The process of nylon/spandex core-spun yarn and polyester/cotton blended yarn mixture fabric was introduced. Continuous washing ＆ bleaching equipment was mainly used in pretreatment and open-width rendering baking ＆ washing machine was applied in dyeing process. Dyeing methods varied three fibers with many combinations. Each fiber had to be dyed with corresponding dyes. Dyeing combinations leaded to different items. Continuous dyeing combinations dyeing process experiments were tested and the optimal processes and parameters for the equipment in our company were obtained.
