摘 要:用羧甲基壳聚糖/轻烧氧化镁复合絮凝剂对染色废水进行脱色处理,结果表明,影响脱色率的单因素有质量比、用量、pH、搅拌速率、沉降时间。对这些因素采用L16(45)进行正交试验,得出最佳工艺条件,质量比5∶1、用量为1.05 g/L、pH为8、搅拌速率210 r/min、沉降时间为60 min。在该工艺条件下,平均脱色率为94.59%。The decolorization of dyeing waste water was performed with carboxymethyl chitosan/light-burned magnesia composite flocculant. The results showed that the single-factor affecting the decolorization ratio were mass ratio, dosage, pH value, stirring rate as well as sedimentation time. The L16(45) orthogonal test was designed with these factors to optimize the process parameters. The optimal process parameters were as follows: mass ratio 5∶1, dosage 1.05 g/L, pH = 8, stirring rate 210 r/min and sedimentation time 60 min. In this case, the average decolorization ratio was 94.59%.
