摘  要:为了培育繁殖力高、生长性能好、能满足市场需求的大白猪新品系,对2011年引进的79头法系大白猪开展了适应性研究和性能测定。结果显示,经过两个世代的选育,法系大白猪的初产总产仔数14.00头,经产14.90头;同时,公猪达100 kg时间为164.53日龄,背膘厚为7.19 mm,日增重843.27 g,母猪达100 kg体重时间172.93日龄,背膘厚为9.21 mm,日增重823.74 g;屠宰率76.10%,瘦肉率65.48%,肌内脂肪含量1.93%。In order to cultivate new strain of Large White pigs which with good reproductivity, productive performance and large commercial potential,79 French Large White pigs were imported in 2011 and taken to successively selection and breeding. The adaptability study and performance measurement showed that the French Large White pigs had good performance.The total number born for gilts was 14.00 and 14.90 for sows by the selection of two generation. The age to 100 kg weight of male and female was 164.53 and 172.93 days, respectively. And the backfat of 100 kg, average daily gain for male(female)was 7.19 mm(9.21 mm),and 843.27g(823.74 g), respectively. The slaughter rate, lean meat percentage and intramuscular fat was 76.10%, 65.48% and 1.93%, respectively.
