益气活血片预防人工寒潮促发脑卒中的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血片对"外风"促发肾性高血压大鼠中风的预防作用。方法:按已定型的双肾双夹法建立易卒中肾血管高血压大鼠模型40只,随机分为治疗组13只,对照组13只和模型组14只。治疗组给予益气活血片,对照组给予拜阿司匹林,模型组给予蒸馏水,在高血压模型术后112 d置于人工寒潮箱3天诱发脑卒中,观察卒中发生率;之后,取血、脑组织并作常规病理HE染色,统计分析。结果:与治疗组相比,对照组和模型组CRP含量显著增多(P<0.01);对照组和模型组PT显著延长(P<0.01);对照组FIB延长(P<0.05),模型组FIB(g/L)显著延长(P<0.01)。脑组织病理结果显示:模型组及对照组的大鼠脑组织有水肿出现,并且水肿的组织较明显,模型组还可见管腔狭窄及空泡形成等,但治疗组未见明显异常。结论:益气活血片在一定程度上可以改善长期高血压及寒潮对大鼠凝血、纤溶系统调控功能的损害,并可以降低长期高血压引起的脑损伤,抵御人工寒潮的影响。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tablets（ YQHXT） on renal hypertension rats with stroke due to ＂ external cold＂. Methods： Forty models of stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rats were established according to fixed double kidney double clipping method,and randomly divided into the treatment group,the control group and the model group,with 13,13 and 14 cases in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given YQHXT,while the ones in the group were given bay-aspirin,and the ones in the model group received distilled water. Then 112 days after the operation of hypertension model,they were put into artificial cold boxes for 3 days to induce stroke. Their incidence of stroke was observed. Later,blood was taken; brain tissues were also taken and pathological HE was dyed and given statistical analysis. Results： Compared with the treatment group,CRP（ mg·L- 1） contents of the control group and the model group significantly increased（ P 〈 0. 01）. PT（ S） of the control group and the model group significantly extended（ P 〈 0. 01）. FIB（ g·L- 1） of the control group extended（ P 〈 0. 05）; FIB（ g·L- 1） of the model group significantly extended（ P 〈 0. 01）. The brain tissues pathological results showed that brain edema appeared in the model group and the control group,and the tissues with edema were obvious; There was stenosis and vacuole formation in the model group,but there was no obvious anomalies in the treatment group. Conclusion： To some degree YQHXT can improve the rats’ damage due to coagulation and fibrinolytic system caused by long-term hypertension and cold coagulation,and reduce brain damage due to long-term hypertension,and resist the effect of artificial cold exposure.
