稳心颗粒治疗慢性肺原性心脏病合并心房纤颤临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察稳心颗粒治疗慢性肺原性心脏病合并心房纤颤的临床疗效。方法:将76例CPHD合并心房纤颤患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各38例。对照组给予抗炎、解痉平喘、强心、利尿、扩血管等常规综合治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为92.1%,对照组有效率为71.1%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前心室率次数均较治疗前降低,且治疗组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:稳心颗粒治疗CPHD合并心房纤颤可以提高临床疗效,改善患者的临床症状。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Heart-Stablizing Granules on chronic pulmonary heart disease（ CPHD）complicated with atrial fibrillation. Methods： Totally 76 patients with CPHD complicated with atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 38 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional comprehensive therapy of anti-inflammatory treatment,spasm-relieving and asthma-soothing treatment,heart-strengthening treatment,diuresis-inducing and vascular-dilating treatment. Results： The effective rate was 92. 1% in treatment group and 71. 1% in control group; the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The ventricular rates in both groups decreased after the treatment,and the decrease in treatment group were greater than that in control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： In treatment CPHD complicated with atrial fibrillation,Heart-Stablizing Granules can enhance the clinical effects and improve the patients’ clinical symptoms.
