真武汤联合五苓散治疗脾肾阳虚型肝硬变腹水临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察真武汤合五苓散治疗肝硬变腹水的临床疗效。方法:将56例脾肾阳虚型肝硬变腹水患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各28例,对照组采用西医常规治疗并加服利水药呋塞米和螺内酯,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服真武汤合五苓散加减,日1剂水煎服。两组连续治疗1个月。结果:治疗组28例,其中显效16例,占57.15%,有效10例,占35.71%,无效2例,占7.14%,有效率92.86%;对照组显效8例,占28.57%,有效11例,占39.29%,无效9例,占32.14%,有效率67.86%,两组患者有效率比较显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:真武汤合五苓散加减治疗肝硬变腹水疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of True Warrior Decoction combined with Five Substances Powder with Poria on liver cirrhotic ascites. Methods： Totally 56 patients with liver cirrhotic ascites were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 28 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional western treatment combined with water-retentionalleviating drug furosemide and spirolactone. Treatment group were additionally given True Warrior Decoction combined with Five Substances Powder with Poria,one dosage of decoction each day. Both groups were treated for one month. Results： Among the 28 cases in treatment group,16 cases（ 57. 15%） had excellent effects,10 cases（ 35. 71%） with effects,2 cases（ 7. 14%） without effect; the total effective rate was 92. 86%. Among the cases in control group,8 cases（ 28. 57%） had excellent effects,11 cases（ 39. 29%） with effects,9 cases（ 32. 14%） without effect; the total effective rate was 67. 86%. The effective rate of treatment group was better than that in control group,with significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： True Warrior Decoction combined with Five Substances Powder with Poria has significant effects on liver cirrhotic ascites.
