摘　　要：目的:观察三联外治疗法治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:46例黄褐斑患者给予毫针围刺、背腧穴拔罐放血及中药熏蒸等三联外治法治疗。结果:46例患者基本治愈37例,显效4例,有效4例,无效1例,有效率为97.8%。结论:三联外治疗法治疗黄褐斑临床疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of the triple external therapy on chloasma. Methods： Forty-six patients with chloasma were given the triple external therapy including filiform needle encircled acupuncture,cupping and bleeding of back acupoints,and Chinese herbal fumigation. Results： Among 46 cases,37 were almost cured; 4 were remarkably effective; 4 were effective; 1 was ineffective; And the effective rate was 97. 8%. Conclusion： The triple external therapy has remarkable clinical curative effect on chloasma.
