阳和汤治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征33例

摘　　要：目的:观察阳和汤治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征的临床疗效。方法:将66例臀上皮神经卡压综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各33例,对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,治疗组采用阳和汤加味内服外洗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后VAS评分。结果:两组患者VAS评分组间组内比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组临床有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳通络法内服外洗治疗臀上皮神经卡压综合征疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Harmonious Yang Decoction on superior clunial nerve entrapment syndrome. Methods： Sixty-six patients with superior clunial nerve entrapment syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given ibuprofen sustained-release capsules for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were given Supplemented Harmonious Yang Decoction for oral administration and external washing. Then the clinical curative effects and VAS scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results： In terms of VAS score,the difference between groups or within the same group had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The method of warming yang to remove channel obstruction for oral administration and external washing has precise clinical curative effect on superior clunial nerve entrapment syndrome.
