中医食疗配合中药内服治疗虚寒型胃溃疡18例

摘　　要：目的:观察中医食疗配合中药内服治疗虚寒型胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取本院2012年5月—2013年6月治疗的虚寒型胃溃疡患者36例,按照随机数字表法将36例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组18例。对照组给予中药内服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中医食疗辅助治疗。结果:观察组有效率为94.44%,对照组有效率为66.67%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中医食疗配合中药内服治疗虚寒型胃溃疡疗效明显。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine food therapy combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine on gastric ulcer of deficient cold pattern. Methods： Totally 36 patients with gastric ulcer of deficient cold pattern hospitalized between May 2012 and June 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 18 cases in each group. Control group were given oral administration of Chinese medicine while observation group were additionally given Chinese medicine food therapy. Results： The effective rate was 94. 44% in observation group,better than the 66. 67% in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. There was no statistical significance in the adverse reaction between the two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine food therapy combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine has excellent effects on the gastric ulcer of deficient cold pattern.
