中药灌肠联合体外电场热疗治疗盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎40例

摘　　要：目的:观察中药灌肠联合体外电场热疗治疗盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年4月—2015年4月本院妇科收治的盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予西药联合中药灌肠治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予体外电场热疗治疗。结果:研究组治愈8例,显效10例,有效18例,有效率为90.0%;对照组治愈5例,显效8例,有效15例,有效率为70.0%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为10.0%,对照组不良反应发生率为30.0%,研究组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠联合体外电场热疗治疗盆腔积液合并慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine enema combined with electric thermat thearpy in vitro on pelvic effusion complicated with chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods： Totally 80 cases with pelvic effusion complicated with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 40 cases in each group. Control group were given western medicine combined with Chinese medicine enema while research group were additionally given electric thermat thearpy in vitro. Results： In the research group,8 cases were cured,10 cases with excellent efficacy and 18 cases with effects; the effective rate was 90. 0%. In control group,5 cases were cured,8 cases with excellent efficacy and 15 cases with effects; the effective rate was 70,0%（ P 〈 0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate was 10,0% in research group,significantly lower than 30. 0% in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Chinese medicine enema combined with electric thermat thearpy in vitro has remarkable therapeutic effects on pelvic effusion complicated with chronic pelvic inflammation.
