摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸十八酯(SA)作为单体合成丙烯酸酯乳液。通过改变乳化剂种类及SA用量,考察其对乳液聚合稳定性、共聚物的光泽度及拉伸性能、共聚物结晶行为的影响。结果表明:以A/FC-4430作为复合乳化剂所制备的乳液性能较好。随着SA用量的增加,共聚物膜的光泽度下降,而其拉伸强度先减小后增大。DSC分析发现,当SA的摩尔分数大于3%后,较多的SA侧链之间更易发生结晶行为,共聚物的结晶度升高。With methyl methacrylate (MMA), butyl acrylate (BA) and stearyl acrylate (SA) as the main monomer, an acrylate emulsion was synthesized. The influence of types of emulsifier and SA content on emulsion poly-merization stabilities, the glossiness of copolymers and the tensile strength of copolymers were studied. The crystallization behavior of copolymers were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results indicated that A/ FC-4430 was the better emulsifiers for synthesis. With the increase of the amount of SA, the copolymers begin to crystallize, resulting in a decline of the glossiness of emulsion films, while the tensile strength decreases at first and then increases. When the mole fraction of SA is more than 3%, the side-chain is more likely to be crystallized, and the crystallinity of the eopolymer increases.
